Add your broth to the bottom of the slow cooker. Add diced chicken.
Sprinkle half of your ranch seasoning on the chicken. Add cauliflower. Sprinkle remaining ranch seasoning on it.
Add chives, bacon pieces and cream cheese.
Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours. Serve with additional chives.
