Slow Cooker Sesame Chicken

 1.50 lbs boneless chicken thighs
  cup soy sauce or liquid aminos
  cup sugar free honey alternative
  cup no sugar added ketchup
 2 tbsp sesame seeds
 ½ tsp sriracha, optional
 ¼ cup sliced green onions

Spray your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Add your chicken thighs.

Mix your soy, honey alternative, ketchup, sriracha and sesame seeds and pour over your chicken.

Cook on low 4-5 hours. Shred your chicken with a fork and allow it to soak up the sauce. Garnish with green onions.
