Slow Cooker Shrimp Gumbo

 1 lb boneless chicken breast, diced
 1 lb shrimp, cleaned and deveined
 1 lb turkey kielbasa, sliced
 1 diced bell pepper
 1 diced onion
 ½ cup diced celery
 2 tbsp tomato paste
 3 cloves of minced garlic
 1 cup frozen or fresh okra
 1 can fire roasted tomatoes, 15 oz.
 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
 1 tsp Italian seasoning
 2 cups chicken stock
 1 tbsp corn starch

Add all of your ingredients (except shrimp and corn starch) to the slow cooker and stir well.

Cook on high for 2-3 hours or low 4-6 hours.

Stir in the shrimp and cook another 30 minutes or just until they are pink.

Mix your cornstarch with about 2 oz of water. Add it to the gumbo.

Stir well and return the lid for about 15 minutes.
