Slow Cooker Stuffed Green Pepper Soup

 1 lb lean ground beef
 16 oz beef stock
 14 oz fire roasted tomatoes
 1 diced onion
 2 diced green peppers
 1 tbsp tomato paste
 1 bag frozen cauliflower rice
 1 tsp paprika
 1 tsp salt
 1 tsp pepper

Brown your ground beef and add it with all other ingredients to the slow cooker.

Stir it well and make sure the tomato paste is mixed in.

Cook on low 4 to 6 hours, or high 2 to 3 hours.
