Slow Cooker Turkey Kale Soup

 1 lb turkey breast cutlets
 24 oz turkey or chicken stock
 4 cups chopped kale
 2 cups diced butternut squash
 1 diced onion
 1 diced red pepper
 1 bad frozen cauliflower rice
 1 tsp ground sage
 1 tsp garlic powder
 1 tsp salt
 ½ tsp pepper

Dice your turkey cutlets into very small pieces.

Add all ingredients to the slow cooker and cook on low 5 to 6 hours, or on high for 4 hours.
