Snicker’s Apple Salad

 2 large granny smith apples
 2 protein bars (I used Barebell)
 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
 ¼ cup peanuts
 2 tbsp. sugar free caramel

Peel and dice you apples. Cut your protein bars into pieces.

Mix your apples, protein bars, peanuts and caramel together. I kept a small amount of each one out to garnish with.
