 2 pints mushrooms
 1 tbsp soy sauce
 1 tsp minced garlic
 ½ tsp black pepper

Clean your mushrooms and cut them in half (into quarters if they are big), place them in a bowl and marinate them in the other ingredients for 30 minutes.

Spray a non-stick pan with cooking spray and allow it to get hot.

Place your mushrooms in the pan and cook until they are done.
