 2 cups cooked and drained spaghetti squash
 1 egg
 ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
 ¼ cup bacon pieces
 pinch of salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 350F.

Mix all ingredients together well.
4 bites per serving

Spray a mini muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray and fill each well with your mixture. You should get 24 mini bites.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until your bites are firm and golden brown.
