Spaghetti Squash Breakfast Cakes

 3 cups cooked spaghetti squash, liquid drained
 3 eggs
 3 tbsp coconut flour
 4 oz diced ham
 1 diced red bell pepper
 4 oz shredded cheddar
 ¼ cup sliced green peppers
 ½ tsp salt
 ½ tsp pepper

Squeeze all of the water from your spaghetti squash. Mix all other ingredients in.

Form into 12 small cakes. Saute each cake in a pan that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.

Cook until they are well set and golden brown on each side.
