In a large pan cook your sliced bacon until almost done. Add garlic and broth. Cook until the liquid starts to reduce.
In another bowl whisk the eggs together. Add salt and pepper.
Remove the pan from the heat and stir the egg mixture in until it starts to thicken. Add cheese.
Stir in spaghetti squash and serve. Garnish with parsley or green onions if you would like.
