Mix your cottage cheese and spaghetti squash and add it to a baking dish that has been lightly sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Season it with salt and pepper too.
Add your peppers, onions, garlic and turkey to a pan and cook through.
Add in marinara. Season to taste. Add the sauce on top of the squash.
Top with cheese and bake on 350F for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
