Spicy Cucumber Spirals

 8 baby cucumbers
 1 tbsp. soy sauce
 2 cloves of minced garlic
 1 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
 3 packets of Splenda
 2 tsp. chili oil
 1 tsp. sesame seeds
 2 chop sticks

Clean your cucumbers well and place each one in between the chop sticks, making slices straight across, but not going through the chop sticks.

Now turn the cucumber over and make the same cuts but diagonal.

Mix all remaining ingredients and toss the cucumbers in the sauce. Allow to marinate for a few hours.
