Spicy Tuna Avocado

 2 cans of drained tuna
 2 avocados
 1 mini cucumber
 ½ onion
 2 tbsp hot sauce
 ½ cup plain greek yogurt
 sesame seed blend for garnish

Mix the tuna, diced cucumber, diced onion, hot sauce and Greek yogurt.

Cut your avocados in half, removing the pits.

Take the halves out with a large spoon leaving them intact.

Fill them each with ¼ of the tuna mixture.

Garnish with the sesame blend.
