Place 1/2 of the jar of spinach dip into the bottom of a casserole dish.
Season your chicken and sear it in a pan (I pounded mine out so it would cook more evenly).
Place the chicken in a single layer.
In the same pan you cooked your chicken in add your spinach, sliced onion and artichokes.
Season with salt and pepper and saute until soft.
Top the chicken with the spinach and another spoon of the dip.
Top with the cheeses and bake for 15 minutes at 350F.
