Steak Burrito Meal Prep Bowl

 1 lb sirloin steak
 1 large onion, sliced
 2 large bell peppers, sliced
 2 cups cauliflower rice
 2 cups chopped romaine
 ½ cup cooked black beans
 ½ cup cooked corn
 ½ cup Pico de Gallo
 1 medium avocado, sliced and drizzled with lime juice
 salt and pepper to taste
 ½ cup light cilantro lime dressing
 garnish with fresh cilantro

Season your steak with salt and pepper. Cook to your preference and set to the side.

Cook your cauliflower rice and allow it to cool. Sauté your peppers and onions.

Slice your steak and assemble your bowls with 1/4 of each ingredient. Drizzle with dressing and garnish with cilantro.
