Steak Pinwheels

Yields4 Servings

 1 lb skirt steak (one long piece pounded out very flat)
 4 slices of provolone cheese
 4 oz fresh spinach
 2 oz roasted red bell peppers
 2 tsp steak seasoning blend

Take your steak (can also use a large sirloin or flank steak) and pound it very thin. Season both sides.

Lay your cheese in a long row, then spinach, then peppers. Drizzle a small amount of the oil the peppers came in on top of the spinach.

Roll the steak up and tie butcher twine around it in 4 different places, trying to line it up with the center of 4 rollups.

Sear in a pan until your steak has reached desired doneness.
