Salt and pepper your steak. Grill or saute in a pan until it has reached your desired doneness.
In a food processor, combine the parsley, cilantro, vinegar, garlic, jalapeno, salt and pepper. Process until smooth.
Mix the olive oil in and let stand for at least 20 minutes.
Serve the sauce over the sliced meat.
