Strawberry Basque Cheesecake

 2 eggs
 1 cup cottage cheese
 ½ tsp. vanilla
 6 packets of Splenda
 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
 ¼ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
 pinch of salt
 1 cup diced strawberries
 ¼ cup sugar free strawberry gel

Blend all ingredients, except berries and gel, in a food processor until the lumps are gone and the batter has gotten light and fluffy.

Pour into a loaf pan that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray and lined with parchment paper.

Bake 18 to 20 minutes at 350F or until the cake is set in the center.

Toss your berries in the gel and top the cake.
