 1 cup sliced strawberries
 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
 1 tsp. vanilla
 4 packets of Splenda

Blend your cottage cheese up in a food processor or blender until it is completely smooth.

Add your protein powder, vanilla and Splenda and stir until smooth. Garnish with your berries.
