Stuffed Apples

 2 apples (I used honeycrisp)
 ½ cup oats
 ¼ cup chopped pecans
 2 tbsp butter
 ½ tsp cinnamon
 2 tbsp splenda
 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
 1 tbsp water (if the crumble is not coming together)

Core and clean both apples.

Cut them in half making 4.

Melt your butter and mix with remaining ingredients to create a crumble.

Top each apple half with 1/4 of the mixture.

Bake on 350F for 15 to 18 minutes.

Bake longer if you like a softer apple.
