Pound your chicken breasts very thin. Season each side with salt and pepper.
Add the ham and cheese to the center of each. Secure each breast closed with a toothpick.
Spray the outside lightly with nonstick cooking spray. Roll them in the bread crumbs.
Bake on 375F for 25 to 30 minutes.
