Stuffed Crust Tortilla Pizza

 1 large low carb tortilla
 2 light string cheeses
 1 oz. no sugar added pizza sauce
 1 oz. shredded low fat mozzarella cheese
  tsp. Italian seasoning
 5 turkey pepperonis

Lay your tortilla on a flat baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper.

Tear each string cheese in half, long ways. Make a square with the string cheese pieces.

Wrap the tortilla over each piece and secure with a tooth pick.

Add your remaining ingredients and bake at 425F until golden brown, mine took 11 minutes.
