Stuffed Onions

 1 lb. ground turkey
 1 large onion
 ¼ cup oats
 1 bell pepper
 2 tbsp. tomato paste
 1 tsp. garlic powder
 1 tsp. salt
 ½ tsp. pepper
 ¼ cup no sugar added ketchup

Cut your onion in half and separate out 4 rounds. Dice the remaining onion and bell pepper very small.

Mix the ground turkey, diced vegetables, oats, seasoning and tomato paste together.

Stuff the onions and top with ketchup.

Bake at 350F for 50 minutes or until the centers are cooked through.
