Preheat your oven to 350F.
Cut the front off of each pepper carefully.
Remove the seeds and dice the part you cut off.
Brown your ground turkey and diced onion.
Add your seasonings and lime juice.
Full each pepper with 1/8 of the mixture and top with cheese.
Bake just until pepper is slightly softened.
