Stuffed Tuna Tomato

 2 cans of tuna
 1 stalk of celery
 ½ onion, chopped
 1 tsp mustart
 1 packet of splenda
 ½ cup plain greek yogurt
 juice of 1 lemon
 ½ tsp black pepper
 4 tomatoes (hollowed out and drained)
 parsley for garnish

Drain your tuna very well.

Add chopped celery, onion, mustard, splenda, lemon juice, greek yogurt and pepper.

Stir well. Fill the center of each tomato with the tuna salad. Garnish with parlsey.
