Sweet Potato Brownie

 2 medium sweet potatoes
 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
 2 eggs
 1 small box of sugar free chocolate instant pudding mix
 2 tbsp cocoa powder
 2 tsp baking powder
 pinch of salt
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 ¼ cup Lilly's sugar free chocolate chips

Bake your sweet potatoes until very soft. Remove skin and blend them until smooth.

Add all other ingredients and blend just only combined, do not over mix. Place the batter into a parchment lined 8x8 baking dish.

Top with chocolate chips and gently push them into the batter. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes.

Allow to cool before removing from pan.
