Cut your sweet potatoes into large chunks, leaving the skin on. Pulse them in the food processor until they are fine pieces.
Add your turkey burger, garlic, onion, peppers and seasoning to a pan and cook until the meat is done.
Add sweet potatoes and flip occasionally.
Add a lid to your pan to help the potatoes cook through. If it seems like the has will stick you can add a splash of water.
Garnish with green onions!
