Cook your turkey in pan with half of the taco season.
Microwave your cauliflower for 5 minutes on high, then place it in a kitchen towel and squeeze out all of the water.
Add it to your baking dish.
Mix in half of the taco seasoning.
Add meat on top it it. Then salsa, then beans, then cheese.
Bake at 350F for 25 minutes.
Allow to cool.
Garnish with avocado, green onions, or sour cream.
