In a large pan quickly saute your zoodles.
Allow them to drain in a colander in the sink. (They will release
a lot of water).
Now add your ground turkey, onions, garlic, pepper, and taco seasoning. Cook just until done.
Mix in your tomatoes and green chilis and stir in your cream cheese until it is all well combined.
Toss your zoodles back in and garnish with green onions.
