Thai Pork Lettuce Cups

 1 lb lean ground pork
 4 cloves of minced garlic
 1 packet of Splenda
 ½ tsp chili flakes
 1 lime, juiced
 1 tsp fish sauce
 3 diced shallots
 3 sliced green onions
 1 thai basil, torn
 ¼ cup torn mint leaves
 ¼ cup turn cilantro
 butter lettuce for serving

Brown your pork with all ingredients except herbs and lettuce cups. Allow the liquid to thicken and turn into a sauce.

Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. Serve in lettuce cups.
