Thai Steak Salad

 2 cups lettuce of your choice
 4 oz. lean steak (cooked to your preference)
 ¼ cup sliced red onion
 ¼ cup cherry tomatoes
 1 tbsp. chopped cilantro
 Dressing Ingredients:
 1 tbsp. lime juice
 1 tsp. soy sauce
 ½ tsp. chilli flakes
 1 tbsp. sesame oil

Blend all dressing ingredients until well combined and thick.

Assemble all ingredients and sliced your steak thin and add it to the top. Drizzle your dressing on the the top.
