 1 cup low sugar cashew butter
 ¼ cup sugar free honey alternative or maple syrup
 ¼ cup cocoa powder
 1 tbsp coconut flour
 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
 ½ tsp mint extract

Mix all ingredients very well. If your mixture seems too stiff you can add 1/2 tsp water at a time until it reaches the consistency you need to form it into balls.

Roll the mixture out into 16 balls.
