 ¾ cup almond milk
 ½ cup cold coffee
 ½ tsp. vanilla
 2 tbsp. cocoa powder (for mixture)
 1 tbsp. cocoa powder (for tops of puddings)
 ¼ cup Splenda
 4 tbsp. chia seeds
 ¼ cup mascarpone cheese
 1 tbsp. sugar free maple syrup

Mix your milk, coffee, cocoa, Splenda and seeds and allow them to set in the fridge at least 4 hours.

Split them up between your smaller containers.

Mix your cheese and syrup and top the puddings with a dusting of cocoa powder.
