Turkey Meatloaf - Bariatric Women

 1 lb ground turkey
 1 large green pepper, diced
 1 large onion, diced
 ½ cup oats
 1 egg
 2 cloves garlic, minced
 1 tsp steak seasoning
 sugar-free ketchup

Mix together raw turkey, green pepper, onion, oats, egg, garlic, and seasoning. Form into a loaf shape.

Top with sugar-free ketchup.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. Check to be sure the inside has reached a temperature of 165°F.

Serve with a side salad or other vegetable. Enjoy!
