Brown your turkey burger with onions and garlic.
Add other veggies, worcestershire sauce, stock, salt and pepper.
Mix corn starch with 2 oz water and mix in. Cook until thick.
Steam or roast your cauliflower.
Puree in food processor with milk, adding a little at a time until creamy. Stir in egg and herbs.
Put your turkey mixture in the bottom of a casserole dish. Top with mashed cauliflower.
Cook on 400F for 15 to 25 minutes or until top is brown and bubbly.
