Turkey Taco Wonton Cup - Bariatric Women

 24 mini wonton shells
 1 lb ground turkey
 1 tbsp taco seasoning
 ½ cup black beans
 lettuce, shredded
 ½ avocado
 ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
 1 Roma tomato, diced

Spray a mini muffin pan with cooking spray and press your wonton shells into each cavity. Bake the wonton shells at 350°F for 5 to 10 minutes until they are golden brown.

Cook your turkey and add taco seasoning.

Add filling to wonton shells: layer your taco meat, beans, lettuce, avocado, cheese and then tomato. Enjoy!
