Turkey White Bean Chili

 1 lb ground turkey
 2 cans white beans
 1 chopped onion
 1 chopped green pepper
 1 can diced tomatoes
 20 oz tomato juice
 1 packet of chili seasoning

Brown meat, onion and peppers in a skillet.

Add to a crock pot or slow cooker.

Add all other ingredients.

Cook on low for 4 to 8 hours.

You can also cook on a stove top if you do not have all day!  Garnish with cheese, green onions, or sour cream.
