Tzatziki Chicken Salad

 1.50 lbs. cooked and diced chicken breast
 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
 2 mini cucumbers, sliced
 ½ red onion, sliced
 1 red bell pepper, diced
 ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt
 juice of 1 lemon
 4 cloves of garlic, minced
 ½ tsp. salt
 ½ tsp. pepper
 ¼ cup chopped dill
 parsley for garnish (optional)

Mix your yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper and dill to make your sauce.

Add the chicken, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and bell peppers to a bowl and stir in the sauce.

Top with the feta cheese and parsley.
