Veggie Stir Fry

 1 zuchinni
 1 yellow squash
 1 carton mushrooms
 1 bunch asparagus
 1 onion
 1 head of broccoli
 sweet mini bell peppers minced
 garlic salt pepper
  olive oil

Cut all your veggies into uniform sized pieces.

Saute them in a hot pan with olive oil, salt, a pepper.

I like to cook each individual vegetable at a time. Then mix it all together.

You can add any of your favorite veggies, or take any out you do not love. My stir fry looks different every week, based on which veggies look the best at the store or farmer's market!
