 1 lb asparagus, cut into 1-inch pieces
 4 oz fresh mozzarella balls
 ½ baby tomatoes
 2 tbsp olive oil
 2 tbsp chopped basil
 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Sauté your asparagus in a hot pan briefly. Allow to cool some.
