Warm Cabbage Salad

 4 cups diced savoy cabbage
 1 red bell pepper, sliced
 1 purple onion, sliced
 4 cloves of minced garlic
 6 slices of turkey bacon
 1 tsp salt
 ½ tsp pepper
 2 tbsp oil and vinegar dressing

Slice your turkey bacon and sauté until it is cooked through.

Add your vegetables and seasoning. Cook just until they start to soften.

Remove from heat and toss with the dressing. Serve warm.
