Yogurt Marinated Chicken

 1.50 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts
 ½ cup plain Greek Yogurt
 1 tbsp. olive oil
 2 tsp. minced garlic
 2 tsp. dried oregano
 1 tsp. turmeric
 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
 2 tsp. salt
 ½ tsp. black pepper
 parsley for garnish (optional)

In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, oil, vinegar, garlic, oregano, turmeric, salt, pepper and paprika.

Cut opposing score marks into your chicken. Add the chicken and stir to coat.

Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or up to 8 hours.

Air fry the chicken, cook 400F about 5 to 7 minutes on each side.
