 2 diced zucchinis
 8 oz. sliced mushrooms
 1 large onion
 2 cups baby spinach
 6 slices of diced turkey bacon
 4 eggs
 salt and pepper

Slice your zucchini and onions.

Get a pan pretty hot and add some olive oil

Brown turkey bacon and remove

Add all veggies cooking quickly on high heat.

Cook egg to your preference.
