 1 sliced zuchinni
 1 cup gluten free bread crumbs
 ¼ cup parmesan cheese

Mix bread crumbs and cheese in a shallow dish or on a plate.

Dip squash and zucchini slices in egg mixture roll in bread crumb/cheese mixture.

Place on a baking sheet.

Bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
