
Turn your zucchini into zoodles (or buy them already cut). Cook in the microwave for 2 minutes. Squeeze all of the water out.
Season them with the steak seasoning and place them around the edge of your bowl or dish.
Add 2 eggs to each bowl. Add your cheese and red pepper flakes. Salt and pepper the top.
Bake at 350F for 15 to 18 minutes or until the eggs are cooked to your preference.
