Slice your zucchini very thin and allow to drain on paper towels for 30 minutes. Coat each slice lightly in bread crumbs.
Begin layering all ingredients, in a small loaf pan, as you would any lasagna. Top with fresh basil.
Bake at 350F for 30 to 35 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
