1 cup Greek yogurt
2 Scoops Vanilla protein powder
¼ cup almond milk
1 box sugar free vanilla pudding
2 tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp pumpkin spice
¼ cup splenda
⅓ cup canned pumpkin

Whip all ingredients well with a mixer, until smooth and creamy.
