Who needs a bun?  Try this fresh take on a cheeseburger without all of the carbs!

Ingredients

4 tomatoes
16 oz ground sirloin
2 tsp low sugar ketchup
2 tsp mustard
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
4 oz sliced pickles

Directions

Cut slices into your tomato to, but not through the core.

Brown the burger with salt and pepper.

Drain any fat.

Add mustard and ketchup and mix it into the meat well.

Spread the wedges of your tomato open and scoop the meat into the middle.

Top with lettuce, cheese, and pickles.
