Ingredients
2 scoops Bariatric Pal Protein One Coffee (Regular or Decaf) (or use vanilla powder and 1 tsp instant coffee)
¾ cup oats
½ cup no sugar added cashew butter
¼ cup sugar free honey alternative or maple syrup
¼ cup chopped hazelnuts
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1 to 4 tsp of unsweetened almond milk

Combine your ingredients in a bowl but withhold the almond milk.

Work the mixture well until it forms a dough.

Add almond milk 1 tsp at a time until it reaches your desired consistency.

Form into 20 balls, using your hands and chill until firm.
