1 plum
4 oz fresh mozzarella
2 tsp. fresh chopped basil
1 tsp. olive oil
salt and pepper

Slice your plum, tomato and cheese very thin.

Layer them into a tower.

Cut down the middle of the stack and then serve each half on its side.

Garnish with olive oil, basil, salt and pepper.
